Evan Harris began his career playing for Penrith churches before a transfer to Springwood FC. After time in their youth division, he was promoted to the senior team. There were clashes with the team management and Evan moved back to the club he loved in Penrith Churches. Due to a buyout in their ownership, Evan was drafted to Kingswood Churches and captained the team to success in their 2012 season. Since then they have been promoted and relegated back to 2nd division, where Evan suffered a devastating knee injury and as he was the social glue keeping the team together, the team folded for a year and are back, better than ever, hoping to achieve the same success that had been seen previously.
